Service and eligibility

Bondhon provides digital profile, matching, communication, wedding-planning and subscription features. Users must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.

Bondhon does not guarantee a match, marriage, uninterrupted availability, or the accuracy or conduct of another user.

Purchase and payment conditions

Paid plans and digital features show their price, currency, billing period and material limits before payment. Bangladesh payments are processed through the enabled payment provider; Bondhon does not receive card or wallet credentials.

A payment is accepted only after the provider and Bondhon verify the transaction. Prices, taxes and provider charges, where applicable, are shown before confirmation.

Digital delivery

For digital services, delivery means account provisioning, plan activation, access to purchased features, invitation delivery, or access to online tools. Delivery normally begins after successful payment verification; if it cannot be completed, contact support.

No physical goods are shipped. Any custom or future service with a separate written order will follow that order's delivery schedule.

Cancellation, refund and return

Customers may request cancellation or refund review through support. Requests involving duplicate charges, failed or undelivered access, or other valid circumstances are reviewed fairly under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Physical product returns generally do not apply to purely digital services. Where a digital service has a delivery or access problem, Bondhon may correct, replace, cancel, or refund as appropriate.

After-sales support and complaints

Support can help with account access, payment, delivery, safety and technical problems. Send a clear complaint with relevant order or account details to the support email. Bondhon will review it and respond through the support process; unresolved matters may be pursued under applicable law.

Privacy, changes and law

Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Bondhon may update these terms by posting a new effective date. Bangladesh law applies where legally appropriate, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights available to consumers under applicable Bangladesh law.
