Reporting and Moderation

Account Termination

Either party may terminate your account:

• By you: Delete your account at any time through app settings
• By us: For violation of these Terms or community guidelines
• Automatic: For extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately suspended
• Your profile and content may be removed
• Premium subscriptions will be cancelled

Service Disclaimers

Bondhon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a compatible match
• The accuracy of user-provided information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The behavior or actions of other users

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bondhon shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or conduct of other users
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for our services

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
• Courts of Ontario, Canada for matters not subject to arbitration

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
